Our high-temperature dust filter bags adopt four top-tier high-performance needle felt raw materials: P84, FMS(Fibermax), Metamax and Fiberglass. Different gram weight, thickness and heat-resistant grades match ultra-high temp and complicated corrosive flue gas working conditions. Continuous service temperature ranges from 240℃ up to 280℃, ideal for extreme high-temperature industrial waste gas filtration in hazardous waste incineration, metallurgy, carbon black, chemical high-temperature kiln industry. All filter sleeves support customized diameter, length, bag top (elastic ring / galvanized snap band); optional PTFE lamination, singeing, anti-corrosion surface finishing.
1. P84 Needle Felt Filter Bag
Core Advantages: Outstanding acid resistance, moderate alkali resistance; continuous working ≤260℃, instant peak temp up to 280℃, excellent anti-oxidation and anti-hydrolysis property.
Best use: High-temperature acidic flue gas, waste incinerator, cement kiln, chemical high-heat exhaust dedusting.
2. FMS (Fibermax) Needle Felt Filter Bag
Core Advantages: Great acid and alkali comprehensive tolerance, top heat stability; long-term ≤280℃, instant peak up to 300℃, superior thermal shrinkage resistance.
Best use: Ultra-high temp industrial furnace, carbon black production, high-temperature asphalt and smelting flue gas purification.
3. Metamax Needle Felt Filter Bag
Core Advantages: Medium acid and alkali resistance, stable continuous ≤240℃, instant peak 250℃, cost-effective alternative for high-temperature working condition.
Best use: Medium-high temp kiln exhaust, non-severe corrosive metallurgy waste gas, boiler high-heat dust removal.
4. Fiberglass Needle Felt Filter Bag
Core Advantages: Excellent acid and alkali dual resistance, ultra high temperature stability; continuous ≤280℃, instantaneous peak up to 300℃, superior dimensional stability at extreme heat.
Best use: High-temperature glass kiln, steel smelting furnace, strong acid/alkali high-temp incineration flue gas treatment.
