Our medium-temperature dust filter bags are produced from four kinds of industrial needle-punched felt: Acrylic, Mid-high Temp Felt, PTFE and PPS. Different grammage, thickness and temperature resistance cover diversified medium & high-temperature flue gas and corrosive dust working conditions.

Our medium-temperature dust filter bags are produced from four kinds of industrial needle-punched felt: Acrylic, Mid-high Temp Felt, PTFE and PPS. Different grammage, thickness and temperature resistance cover diversified medium and high-temperature flue gas and corrosive dust working conditions. Continuous operating temperature ranges from 160℃ up to 260℃, widely matched with pulse baghouse dust collectors for power plants, cement factories, waste incineration, chemical plants and metallurgy industry. All filter sleeves support customized diameter, length and top structure (elastic ring / steel snap band). Optional post-treatment including singeing, PTFE coating, water and oil repellent finishing is available on demand.
1. Acrylic Needle Felt Filter Bag
Core Advantages: Cost-effective mid-range material with good acid and alkali resistance; stable continuous working ≤160℃, instant peak temp up to 180℃.
Best use: Medium-temp slightly corrosive flue gas, asphalt mixing plant, common industrial boiler, construction material factory dust removal.
2. Mid-high Temperature Needle Felt Filter Bag
Core Advantages: Improved high-temperature formula, instant heat resistance up to 190℃, good acid and alkali tolerance with competitive price.
Best use: Small coal-fired boiler, asphalt station, medium-high temp waste gas without severe chemical corrosion.
3. PPS Needle Felt Filter Bag
Core Advantages: Excellent acid and superior alkali dual resistance; continuous working ≤190℃, instant peak at 232℃, outstanding hydrolysis resistance for sulfur-containing acidic flue gas.
Best use: Coal-fired thermal power plant, domestic waste incinerator, cement kiln tail, acidic boiler exhaust dedusting.
4. PTFE Needle Felt Filter Bag
Core Advantages: Ultra high heat resistance and premium chemical inertness; excellent acid resistance, good alkali stability; long-term working ≤260℃, instant peak temp up to 280℃, longest service life under extreme corrosive environment.
Best use: Strong acid and alkali chemical exhaust, hazardous waste high-temperature incineration, ultra-corrosive industrial flue gas purification.

本厂中温除尘滤袋采用亚克力、中高温针刺毡、PPS、PTFE四种工业针刺毡面料生产,不同克重、厚度与耐温性能,适配各类中高温烟气、腐蚀性粉尘工况。连续使用温度区间160℃~260℃,配套脉冲布袋除尘器,广泛用于火力电厂、水泥厂、垃圾焚烧厂、化工厂、冶金行业除尘。所有滤袋均可定制直径、长度、袋口样式(松紧圈/钢弹簧圈),可按需做烧毛、PTFE覆膜、拒水防油等深加工处理。
1. 亚克力针刺毡滤袋
核心优势:性价比优选中端滤料,耐酸碱性能良好;长期连续使用≤160℃,瞬时最高耐温180℃。
适用场景:中温弱腐蚀性烟气、沥青拌合站、常规工业锅炉、建材厂粉尘治理。
