Our room-temperature polyester dust filter bags are manufactured with premium polyester needle punched felt, split into 4 mainstream specifications to match different industrial dust working conditions. All models share standard base specs: 500g/㎡ weight, 1.8mm thickness, continuous working temp ≤130℃ & instant peak temp up to 150℃, widely applied for baghouse dust collectors across cement, metallurgy, chemical, woodworking, food processing, construction material industries.
1. Standard Polyester Needle Felt Filter Bag
Core Advantages: Most cost-effective baseline filter material, excellent acid resistance, medium alkali resistance, ideal for dry & non-sticky common dust environment without static/liquid splash risk.
Best use: General dry dust collection for stone crushing, grain processing, ordinary factory ventilation dust removal.
