The wet vertical kiln dust collector is a kind of dust recovery and utilization system which combines the two stage dust removal and the new ash water separation technology, which is combined with jet induction, whirlwind double water film and spray washing. The dust removal equipment has been fully affirmed and highly evaluated by many cement manufacturers.
1. Work flow:
The wet vertical kiln dust collector consists of the main equipment dust removal tower, the ash water separator and the auxiliary equipment pump, the fan and the electronic control operating table. Through the pipeline connection, a complete system of continuous dedusting, ash water separation, dust recovery and recycling, and water recycling is formed through the pipeline connection.
2. Operation mechanism:
The exhaust gas of the two chimneys of the machine shaft kiln is cut into the dust tower to form a cyclone respectively under the induced acceleration of the jet. Because of the centrifugal force, most of the dust is caught by the internal and external water film wall, and the first stage division is completed. In the process of continuous rotation, the air flow is washed and washed to complete the second stage dust removal. The mixed ash water separator is separated and treated. The concentrated ash water is discharged from the lower part of the separator to the scraper conveyor, and then sent into the raw material and stirred into the ball, so as to realize the recycling. The clarified water flows out of the upper part of the separator to the middle water tank, and then enters the dust removal tower through the water pump. The water film is formed through the annular nozzle, so as to realize the recycling of water.
The dust removal tower, ash water separator and auxiliary equipment pump, fan and electronic control operating table of the main equipment of wet vertical kiln dust remover are formed, and a complete system of continuous dust removal, ash water separation, dust recovery and recycling and water recirculation is formed through the pipeline connection. All devices are centralized in an electronic control console. In order to operate safely, some necessary acousto-optic alarm devices are adopted in the electronic control system.

1、工作流程：
湿式立窑除尘器由主体设备除尘塔、灰水分离器和辅助设备水泵、风机、电控操作台等组成，通过管线连接形成一个边续除尘、灰水分离、粉尘回收利用和水再循环的完整系统。
2、运行机理：
机立窑两个烟囱的废气在射流诱导加速下，分别切向进入除尘塔形成旋风，由于离心力的作用，大部分粉尘甩向器壁被内外水膜捕捉，完成第一级除法；气流在继续旋转上升的过程中，经喷淋洗涤，完成第二级除尘。除下的灰水混合物流入灰水分离器进行分离处理，经浓缩后的灰水从分离器下部排至刮扳输送机，再送入生料搅拌成球，实现回收利用。被澄清的水从分离器上部流出至中间水箱再经水泵进入除尘塔，经环形布置的喷嘴形成水膜，实现水的循环利用。
湿式立窑除尘器主体设备除尘塔、灰水分离器和辅助设备水泵、风机、电控操作台等组成，通过管线连接形成一个边续除尘、灰水分离、粉尘回收利用和水再循环的完整系统。所有设备集中于一电控操作台控制为了安全运行，电控系统采用了部分必要的声光报警装置。
