CLT/A cyclone dust collector is a kind of dust removal equipment with small resistance, high dust removal efficiency, large air volume, stable performance and simple structure. It has the characteristics of practical and cheap. It is suitable for all kinds of mechanical processing, metallurgical building materials, rough and intermediate dust treatment and purification.

Working principle of CLT/A cyclone dust collector

After the dust air flow enters the cyclone dust collector along the direction of the inlet line, the air flow along the wall is rotated. The swirling downward flow is called the outer vortex (outer Eddy). The outer vortex goes to the bottom of the cone and rotates upward along the axis of the axis. Finally, it is discharged by the discharge tube. The upward rotating air flow is called internal vortex (internal Eddy). When the rotating direction of the outer vortex and internal vortex is the same, the dust particles move down to the outer wall when the dust air flow is rotating, and the dust particles reaching the outer wall fall into the ash bucket along the wall surface under the joint action of air flow and gravity to achieve the purification. When the air flow rotates from the top of the dust collector, the top pressure drops, and a part of the air will rotate upward along the outer wall with the fine dust particles. After reaching the top, it is rotated along the discharge tube and discharged from the discharge tube.

The advantages of CLT cyclone dust collector:

1, the structure of the device is small, the structure is simple, the floor area is small, the cost is low, the equipment resistance is small, and the air volume is large.

2, no rotation mechanism and moving parts, convenient maintenance and management, no technical requirements.

3, it can be used for the purification of high temperature dusty gas. The cyclone dust collector made of general carbon steel can be used for flue gas purification at 100 C. The cyclone dust collector with internal fireproof material can be used for flue gas treatment at 500 degrees.

4, dry ash cleaning is beneficial for recycling valuable dust.

5, wide application. Dust and corrosion resistant lining is installed in the duster, which can be used to purify the smoke containing high corrosive dust.

CLT/A型旋风除尘器是我公司生产的一种具有阻力小，除尘效率高，处理风量大，性能稳定，占地面积小结构简单的除尘设备，它有实用、廉价等特点。适用于各种机械加工，冶金建材，矿山采掘的粗、中级粉尘处理净化等。

CLT/A型旋风除尘器工作原理

含尘气流由进口沿切线方向进入旋风除尘器后，沿器壁由上而下作旋转运动，这股旋转向下的气流称为外涡旋（外涡流），外涡旋到达锥体底部转而沿轴心向上旋转，最后经排出管排出。这股向上旋转的气流称为内涡旋（内涡流）。外涡旋和内涡旋的旋转方向相同，含尘气流作旋转运动时，尘粒在惯性离心力推动下移向外壁，到达外壁的尘粒在气流和重力共同作用下沿壁面落入灰斗实现净化。气流从除尘器顶部向下高速旋转时，顶部压力下降，一部分气流会带着细尘粒沿外壁面旋转向上，到达顶部后，在沿排出管旋转向上从排出管排出。

CLT旋风除尘器的优点：

1、设备结构体积小，结构简单，占地面积少，造价低，设备阻力小，处理风量大；

2、没有转动机构和运动部件，维护管理方便，无技术要求；

3、可用于高温含尘气体的净化，一般碳钢制造的旋风除尘器可用于100℃烟气净化。内壁札耐火材料的旋风除尘器可用于500℃烟气的处理；

4、干法清灰，有利于回收有价值瞅尘；

5、适用面广，除尘器内敷设耐磨、耐腐蚀的内衬，可用来净化含高腐蚀粉尘的烟气。
