Star unloader, also known as rotary airlock valve, is a core supporting accessory of dedusting equipment. It drives the rotor impeller to rotate uniformly via a speed reduction motor, continuously discharges dust materials stored in the ash hopper, and maintains airtight isolation between the dust removal box and ash outlet to prevent air leakage. Widely matched with bag dust collectors, cyclone separators, bucket elevators and other conveying & dust removal equipment, suitable for dust ash, granular raw materials in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, grain processing, power plant and foundry industries.
Product Classification:
1.Ordinary star unloader: for normal temperature, non-corrosive dry dust
2.High temperature resistant star unloader: special high temperature resistant rotor & housing, working temperature ≤300℃
